How to raise your self-awareness?

Ambling around the Aquadrome this weekend triggered a path of self-discovery. Feeling an uncomfortable sensation in my knee, small adjustments were made in the pelvis while increasing the walking pace, draining the lactic acid and poof, the sensation disappeared.

It is all too easy to be accustomed to our habits and to notice where your imbalances lie and to have the knowledge to tweak what is necessary, before they become a bigger problem, is the secret ingredient to staying healthy.

Gaining insight into our mechanical selves and to be conscious with our thought processes keeps us connected to ourselves. This will be covered at the self-healing class.

Learning about how you can move your body and mind is a skill that takes time and practice but it is never too late to set your intentions right and be on the path of wellbeing.
